As a passionate admirer of diverse art forms, I am deeply interested in the role they play in promoting child development. I am particularly drawn to the power of music and the arts to enhance creativity and foster a love of learning.
My childhood spent with my sister Aditi, who had special needs but demonstrated an extraordinary sensitivity to music and sound, inspired me to create Baalgeet. Baalgeet is dedicated to her memory and the profound impact that music had on her life.
By harnessing the power of culture and the surrounding environment, I aim to inspire children to explore their creativity and develop a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

Before becoming an ecologist, I have been an ardent admirer of Indian classical music, particularly Tabla, right from my nascent age of 5. While learning it, I have experienced its meditative effects on my own growth, and hence interested in spreading the same to all.
My inclination to percussion has helped me in developing better mathematical and problem-solving ability. It has acted as the best stress buster during my research as well.
Classical music makes you humble, calm, and patient, which is the need of this hour. I am glad that having spent substantial time right from my early childhood has helped me gain all this, and at the same time this training will aid me in spreading the joy to all others.
Apart from being a musician, I am an educator, an internationally recognized wildlife photographer, a published author, and amateur painter.

मला शास्त्रीय संगीताचे पूर्वज्ञान आवश्यक आहे का?
→ नाही.
प्रत्येक सत्रानंतर प्रशस्तिपत्रक मिळेल का?
→ होय, मात्र मूल्यांकन उत्तीर्ण झाल्यास. .
एका सत्रात किती ताल आणि किती राग असतील?
→ ३ ताल आणि ३ राग.
“नादशास्त्र” पूर्ण केल्यावर मी औपचारिक परीक्षांना (उदा. गांधर्व महाविद्यालय) थेट बसू शकेन का?
→ फास्ट टर्टल कंपनी कुठल्याही महाविद्यालयाशी संलग्न नाही, मात्र तुम्हाला चार सत्र झाल्यावर बाहेरून परीक्षा देण्यासाठी आम्ही मार्गदर्शन करू.
“नादशास्त्र” या अभ्यासक्रमात एकूण किती सत्र असतील?
→ संपूर्ण अभ्यासक्रम ४ सत्रांचा असेल.
“नादशास्त्र” या अभ्यासक्रमात तबला वाजवायला शिकवणार का?
→ “नादशास्त्र” या अभ्यासक्रमात ताल, मात्रा, लय म्हणजे काय; तालाचे वजन कसे असते; साथसंगत करण्यासाठी कशी मानसिकता असावी, कोणत्याही गाण्याचा ताल कसा ओळखावा - अशा मूलभूत संकल्पनांवर काम केले जाईल. त्यामुळे “नादशास्त्र” अभ्यासक्रमाचा उपयोग पुढे तबला शिकायला होईल.
सत्र पूर्ण झाल्यावर परीक्षा असेल का?
→ परीक्षा नाही पण सापेक्ष मूल्यमापन होईल.
“नादशास्त्र” या अभ्यासक्रमात पेटी वाजवायला शिकवणार का?
→ “नादशास्त्र” या अभ्यासक्रमात स्वराभ्यास, स्वरालंकार, श्रवण, रागांची लक्षणे म्हणजे काय यावर काम केलं जाईल. त्यामुळे “नादशास्त्र” अभ्यासक्रमाचा उपयोग पुढे पेटी शिकायला होईल.
